NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Township Purchasing Agent, for the Township of Mullica, County of Atlantic, State
of New Jersey on Friday, June 19, 2015 at 10:00 am prevailing time at
the Mullica Township Municipal Building, 4528 White Horse Pike, Elwood,
NJ at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for Provision of a basic life support EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE (“EMS”) response and transportation system.
Specifications and other bid information may be obtained at the Mullica
Township Municipal Building during regular business hours, 9:00 am to
4:30pm. Specifications are also available on the Township’s website:
www.mullicatownship.org. Bidders are required to comply with
the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. The
Township will be utilizing the competitive contracting process.
