TOWNSHIP OF MULLICA ORDINANCE NO. 6- 2015 NOTICE OF PENDING BOND ORDINANCE AND SUMMARY The ordinance published herewith was introduced and passed upon first reading at a meeting of the Township Committee of the Township of Mullica, in the County of Atlantic, New Jersey, held April 28, 2015. It will be further considered for final passage after public hearing thereon, at a meeting of said Township Committee to be held in the Municipal Building in said Township on May 12, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. and during the week prior to and including the date of such meeting, copies of said ordinance will be made available at the Clerk's Office in said Municipal Building to the members of the general public who shall request same. NOTICE OF PENDING BOND ORDINANCE AND SUMMARY The Bond Ordinance, the summary terms of which are included herein, was introduced and passed upon first reading at a meeting of the governing body of the Township of Mullica, in the County of Atlantic, State of New Jersey, held on April 28, 2015, at the Mullica Township Hall. It will be further considered for final passage, after public hearing thereon, at a meeting of the governing body to be held on May 12, 2015, at 7 o'clock p.m. at the Mullica Township Hall. During the week prior to and up to and including the date of such meeting, copies of the full ordinance will be available at no cost and during regular business hours, at the Clerk's office located in the Township Hall, 4528 White Horse Pike, Elwood, New Jersey for the members of the general public who shall request the same.
