Ordinance #2-2015- excerpts
The Local Government Cap Law , N.J. S.A. 40A:4-45 et seq., provides that in preparation of its annual budget, a municipality shall limit any increase in said budget to 1.5% unless authorized by ordinance to increase it to 3.5% over the previous year's final appropriations, subject to certain exceptions.
The Township Committee determined that a 3.5% increase in the budget for said year, amounting to $82,576.00 in excess of the increase in final appropriations otherwise permitted by the Local Government Cap Law is advisable and necessary.
In CY 2015 budget year, the final appropriations of the Township of Mullica shall be increased by 3.5%, amounting to $4,478,446.00

(The 2015 tax rate increase has not been announced. In the 1/13/15 minutes, Mayor Brown stated we are currently at a local 12 cent increase.  Hopefully, this has been worked on at the 1/27/15 budget meeting and continued discussions will take place at the meeting scheduled for 2/10/15.  http://ecode360.com/documents/MU0269/public/173813612.pdf )

Ordinance #3-2015- excerpts
The annual license fee paid by an owner of a mobile home shall be $10 a year.
A monthly fee of $38 will be charged for each mobile home space through 12/31/17.
