You are hereby notified that MCNM Realty LLC has applied to the Mullica Township Planning Board requesting a variance for non compliance of municipal zoning ordinance 144-124 and any and all variances, which will permit me to construct a new home at my property located at 5310 River Drive, Block 4402, Lot 5, Mullica Township, NJ. A public hearing on my application will be held by the Mullica Township Planning Board at 7:30 PM on March, 3, 2015 in the Mullica Township Municipal Building, 4528 White Horse Pike, Elwood, NJ. If you have any objection to the granting of this application, attend the meeting and you will be heard.
