Hit & Run Vehicle Sought By Police



GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP Police are looking for a vehicle that hit a man walking north on Route 9 near Ocean Avenue at about 5:30 p.m. Saturday and left the scene.

Brandon Diaz, 31, of Galloway Township, was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center City Division for torso and head injuries by the Galloway Township Ambulance Squad and AtlantiCare medics, police said.
The car is described as a platinum or white 2008 to 2010 Ford Fusion or Mercury Milan with damage to the passenger side mirror.
Police said the vehicle involved may also have additional passenger side damage. It was last seen heading north on Route 9 from the scene of the accident.
