Lets hope resolution 35 -2015 has something to do with opposing the casino flat tax that is being proposed. The Press this morning reported Dennis Levinson has been meeting with casino owners to try to keep our towns from getting hit with the tax increase. Vince Mazio to his credit is willing to revise the proposed bill. However Press reports Whelan is refusing to budge or acknowledge a problem.Don Guardian is convinced the bill is the best for both AC and the County. In other words the towns and governing bodies need to get on board here to stop it. Heres hoping Mullica leaders are doing something.
