Shop With A Cop

Again, this year the Mullica Township Police Department will be participating in the

                                      4th Annual Shop-With -A-Cop Program

Needy Mullica children will be treated to a Holiday shopping trip with the help of uniformed police officers.  You can help create loving memories for these children.

The Egg Harbor Township Police Athletic League, with support from law enforcement throughout Atlantic County and businesses such as Walmart, Bennett Chevrolet and Wawa, as well as individual families and community organizations, will present the fourth annual Shop With a Cop event Saturday, Dec. 6.
Shop With a Cop is a one-day event in which needy children can do their holiday shopping free of charge with the help of uniformed police officers and volunteers.
According to a news release, Shop With a Cop is not just about taking the children shopping; it's about making them feel loved and creating memories and a bond with police officers. Children will be given breakfast and a chance to visit with Santa and talk to police officers from throughout Atlantic County. There will be a police and fire vehicle parade with lights and sirens from PAL’s Ready to Ride Center to Walmart in Mays Landing.
The program has an estimated cost of $111 per child, and PAL’s goal is to host at least 120 children and their families.
