HAMMONTON -
A financial website has listed a South Jersey town as the "second happiest" in the entire state.
A study released on Wednesday by creditdonkey.com found Hammonton is the second happiest town in New Jersey.
The website ranked cities with more than 10,000 residents based on
seven different categories, including housing, income, divorce
rate, restaurants and more.
The study cited Hammonton's low crime rate, reasonably priced housing and practical commute time for residents.
Last month downtown Hammonton was also recognized as a "great place" in New Jersey by the American Planning Association.
