A waste hauler who allegedly operated an illegal solid waste facility and public health nuisance has received another extension to clean up his Egg Harbor Township facility.
In a hearing last month, Superior Court Judge Julio Mendez told Steven Waszen that “this is the end of the line.”
That line — which Waszen crossed on Sept. 5 — has now been extended another 30 days.
