Butterhof's Corn Maze

Albert Buttherhof says this past Summer has been slower than most at his Route 30 farm stand.
"Mainly 'cause the casinos closing and everything and you can see on the Pike there is no traffic," said Butterhof.
That's why he's hoping his family's “heart health” themed corn maze can help put them in the black this fall.
The theme was his daughter's idea, then his son mapped out a grid system for where to plant the corn.
"Then we spray paint it and then we come with weed whackers and knock all the corn down,” said Butterhof. “Then I just keep mowing the corn down, you know, so you see all the paths on the inside of it."
"This year we're just hoping with the economy as bad, that we do get enough people out here,” said Butterhof. “So we've got our fingers crossed."
