The guy had an accident and was not intoxicated. Thank God he and his daughter are ok. There are accidents all the time in Mullica, some fatal, that don't involve alcohol.

I agree with the 5;16 post regarding the fact that he had an unfortunate accident and could have had more serious injuries even death of himself or his daughter. He fully cooperated with police and was not intoxicated. If he wasn't involved in politics it wouldn't have been big headlines.

Comments are being received that are false accusations. No where in the article does it say Mr. Gabris was drinking and driving. The police state he was not intoxicated.

It has come to the Gadfly's attention that an old political rival of Mr. Gabris is inventing things about this incident on Facebook as revenge for a Press interview he gave about her illegal construction years ago.

It is a shame that some people will take someone's misfortune and spin it into political propaganda. Yes, I believe karma is real and it will come back on them someday.

4 empties and 1 full. Cover up. Injury and property damage. He needs to resign.

What caused the "accident"? Open alcoholic beverage container, but no breathalyzer? The Mullica Twp Officers made a judgement call that the Committeeperson was not under the influence. This might not make the paper if the driver was not a committeeperson, but I guarantee you there would have been a breathalyzer involved!!!!!
