Mascio Fundraiser- Packed Pub

More than 200 tickets were sold to the Fundraiser and over 100 items were donated for the silent auction.
Besides support from the community, education associations from other towns attended, including Northfield, Galloway, Hamilton, Estell Manor, Folsom, and Buena Regional School District.

Marie Blistan, vice president of the New Jersey Education Association, was there to show her support.

“I’ve never seen anything like this go through the system (of tenure hearing). ... It’s unprecedented,” said Blistan of the board allowing misinformation to circulate about the case. The police report filed by Principal Matthew Mazzoni in September incorrectly stated the children were naked when found. The public didn’t hear the correct information until a Feb. 26 school board meeting.

Very proud to be a member of this community. It was so heartwarming yesterday to see not only how many people came out to support Kelly, but also those who donated baskets, displayed yard signs, helped with the benefit.
I love how everyone comes together to support someone in need.
Very wonderful turnout yesterday and I just want to thank all who helped in anyway they could to help us make it the best it could be.
