Mascio Supporters At The "Dump"

Supporters of Kelly Mascio were at the "Dump" and are circulating a petition asking the Mullica Board of Education to decline renewal of Superintendent Brenda Harring- Marro's contract when it comes up in June.

Hope Cheatham was helping with the petition drive at the trash transfer station Sunday afternoon. She said the group wants the school board to listen to residents, who have come out in large numbers to the past two board meetings in Masco’s support.
“Maybe the petition will open their eyes to what we feel,” Cheatham said.

The Union took a vote on Harring-Marro on March 5 and 93% of the members voted "no confidence" in her ability to lead the district.

Great community involvement!

Now,if the eight people who the community elected, who have homes here and children in the school,do the right thing and refuse to renew that woman's contract, the community will heal and be strong.
If they keep her and ignore the community, teachers and staff,I see nothing but trouble and conflicts for years to come.
I think the Board needs to get outside advise from a lawyer not connected to Marro

The overwhelming theme should be "We must DUMP Marro and Mazzoni".
