February 18, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. in the Court Room of the Municipal
Building, 4528 White Horse Pike, Elwood, NJ. Formal action may be
taken.

Monday was a Holiday,so it must have been posted the same day as the meeting.Don't they have to give the public more notice than a couple of hours?Must have been a dire emergency.
In light of the article about the special BOE meeting posted here on 2/22, I find it very suspicious that Brown would call an emergency budget meeting knowing that Rheault & Gabris would not be in attendance.Just Brown,Riffle and Hagaman with no reporter or public to deal with. How convenient!
Maybe he has to try and budget in another lawsuit real quick
