GEHR Seeks $36,998,000


The Greater Egg Harbor Regional High School District will seek to bond $36,998,000 million for upgrades and renovations at the districts three schools.

It plans a Tuesday, March 11 referendum for voters in Egg Harbor City, Galloway, Mullica, and Hamilton Townships.

Cedar Creek High School upgrades include increasing locker room capacity, renovating the athletic complex and fields, installation of a school sign and stadium lighting.

The district is eligible for state funding of 54 percent through debt service aid if the referendum is approved by voters.
