Pomona Road Rezoned

The area between the entrance to Richard Stockton College and the full Garden State Parkway exchange on Pomona Road was rezoned for commercial use Thursday night by the Galloway Twp. Zoning Board of Adjustment.
Although there is no sewer or water in the area at this time, the use variance was passed to take advantage of the current and potential traffic for retail stores, convenience stores, gas stations, etc..
