Fentanyl Spiked Heroin

Officials have warned that an influx of cheaper, more powerful heroin into Cape May County has meant a spike in overdoses.  There have been 99 overdose calls, of which 24 have been fatal, since the begining of the year.
Recently, seized heroin has tested positive for fentanyl, which is 50 to 100 times more powerful than morphine.
