                           ORDINANCE NO. 10- 2013

AN ORDINANCE GRANTING RENEWED CONSENT AND PERMISSION TO SOUTH JERSEY GAS COMPANY TO USE THE PUBLIC STREETS TO FURNISH GAS FOR LIGHT, HEAT AND POWER IN MULLICA TOWNSHIP

Copies of the Ordinance are available at the Clerk's Office.  This Ordinance will be considered for final passage at the October 8, 2013 Committee meeting.

The Ordinance will give exclusive consent to South Jersey Gas to lay and construct its pipes and mains and related appurtenances and facilities within the streets alleys, squares and public places within Mullica Township.  The consent will be granted for the entire geographical area of Mullica, will extend to the boundaries of the Township and remain in effect for a period of fifty years from the date of passage.
