                                       Sandy Home Buyer Assistance Program

This program will provide qualified low and moderate income borrowers with a FORGIVABLE (after five years), INTEREST-FREE loan of up to $50,000 toward the purchase of a home in the counties of NJ impacted by Hurricane Sandy.
