NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Township Clerk, for the Township of Mullica, County of Atlantic, State of New Jersey on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at 10:00 am prevailing time at the Mullica Township Municipal Building, 4528 White Horse Pike, Elwood, N.J. at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for:
                                     Utility Tractor with Bucket and Flail Mower

Specifications and other bid information may be obtained at the Mullica Township Municipal Building during regular business hours, 9:00am to 4:30 pm.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
