Property Appraisals
Professional Property Appraisers. INC will be inspecting properties for the 2013 Added Assessments throughout Mullica Township beginning August 5th through September 31th.
The inspector's name is Brian Schneider and he will have an identification card from his company as well as an identification letter from the township.

What does this mean. Does everyone get done or are they picking and choosing who they want done. Sounds kind of odd to me
A representative from town hall said that this is an appraisal only on homes that had permits for construction or improvements during the last year.
