                                                       NOTICE TO VENDORS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44-A-20-4,20.5 et. seq. that  sealed
proposals will be received by the Township Purchasing Agent, for the Township of Mullica, County of Atlantic, State of New Jersey on Wednesday, August 21st at 10:00 am prevailing time at the Mullica
Township Municipal Building, 4528 White Horse Pike, Elwood, N.J. at which time and place proposals will be opened and read in public for:

Reconstruction of the Records Storage Area and Police Department Foyer in the Township of                                                                  Mullica, County of Atlantic

Specifications and other information may be obtained at the Mullica Township Municipal Building,
during regular business hours, 9:00am to 4:30 pm.  The request for proposal is available on the Township Website:  www.mullicatownship.org

Vendors are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.  A copy of your NJ Business Registration Certificate shall be included with your proposal, unless you have one on file with the Township of Mullica.
