NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Township Clerk, for the Township of Mullica, County of Atlantic, State of New Jersey on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at 10:00 am prevailing time at the Mullica Township Municipal Building, 4528 White Horse Pike, Elwood, N.J. at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for Mold Remediation Mullica Township Municipal Building.
Specifications and other bid information may be obtained at the Mullica Municipal Building during regular business hours, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Specifications are also available on the Township's website. Bidders are requested to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C.17:27 et seq.

That sounds like it might be an expensive project.
I'm more concerned about the health consequences of the people who have to work in that environment 8 hrs a day. Mold infestation can make people very sick.
