A public hearing on a recent Atlantic City Electric request to increase distribution rates about 7 % will take place Thursday, April 4, 2013. The public hearing will be held 3:30pm to 5:30pm at the Atlantic County Library System's Hammonton branch at 451 South Egg Harbor Road.
