Agendas? Minutes?

For the last seven days the Gadfly has not been able to access the agendas or minutes on the Mullica Township Website.   A white page appears with the words ("message": javax.rs Wee Application Exception", "status","failure").  Others have gotten this same message.  Some people have reported the message that "Website cannot display page,Website may be under construction, or Website has a programing error.
The Planning Board agenda for April, 3,2013 was not accessible to the public.  There is a Township Committee Meeting on Tuesday, April 9, 2013.  It was stated in the March 12,2013 minutes that there will be a budget hearing this Tuesday.  Hopefully, there will be an agenda up before the meeting to let the public know about the 5.5 million dollar spending plan and the municipal 3 cent tax increase.

Update - The glitch in the system is fixed. The Mullica Township Website has a new format.  The public can now view the Reg. Committee Meeting Minutes from 1991 to present ( minus 2011 and 2012 minutes). Budget Meeting Minutes are available from 1992.  There is a section where the viewer can access the Town Codes, New Laws, Agendas, Legislation, Resolutions, and Index.  It appears that Mullica Township is working on Governor Christie's directive for government internet transparency.

Visit the site and you can read some interesting history of  Mullica at  the link:

It would make more sense to put the latest minutes on record instead of 13 year old ones first. I can't figure out why 2011 and 2012 were omitted.

Maybe the format allows the oldest to be input first and it's not finished

How about a conspiracy theory that Brown and Riffle don't want people to know what they did for the last two years or to see the bill lists.
