The Republicans who are running for Mullica's committee are planning to switch out one of their candidates. I was told that they are going to drop the guy who is running with Brown, his name is Riffle, and put somebody, perhaps Cathy Chasey, in his place. I am a "friend of a friend" of one of their club members, and I was told that they never wanted to keep Riffle in the race. They had a hard time finding anybody to run as it was, and they didn't want the baggage that comes with Chasey. Just what I was told, guess we'll see what happens...

Chasey isn't about to dip her toes back into the political water until the very last minute so that the competition doesn't have much time left in the campaign to hammer her for all her misdoings in office that the current administration has worked hard to turn around.

Post turtle- someone who you wonder why they're there, like a turtle sitting on the top of a fence post.
When you're driving down a country road and see a fence post with a turtle balanced on top,that's post turtle. He hasn't got a clue of what he's doing up there and can see only in the direction in which he's pointed. He didn't get up there by accident and you really have to wonder what kind of dumb,stupid ass put him in that position and why.
Chasey is running things behind the scenes and I don't believe she wants her name out there in this election. Riffle is a snapping post turtle. He acts innocent but is nasty as Hell.
Riffle is only a puppet!!!! No smarts to do anything on his own!!!!

Riffle is the "Where's Waldo" of political candidates.
Just the fact that the Republican Club put Riffle on the ballot proves that they scraped the bottom of the barrel and came up with toxic sludge.
I heard about Riffle years ago and almost fell over when I heard he was running for Committee. I wouldn't want to live anywhere near this guy and I sure don't want a person of his mentality making any decisions for this town. The republican party should be ashamed of themselves that this is who they picked as their candidate.
I don't know anything about either candidate but if Chasey is involved in their selection and campaign,it's bad news for Mullica.
She was all for large development and bringing all of Alantic County's trash into our town. Why would anyone trust her puppets?

I'm sure that by the end of October you will be hearing a lot about Riffle. News travels fast in this town. It doesn't look good for Brown picking him as a running partner. Either Brown has the same mindset as Riffle or he didn't bother to investigate who his partner would be. How good would he be for the town if he failed on either one of those points.
