I thought that there was going to be public discussion at the beginning of these meetings too, from now on. What happened?
There is, it's listed as the 7th item down, right under the Presentation. "Public discussion relating to agenda items".
This will take place before the hearings, old business and new business and then Public Discussion is listed as the 14th agenda item also.
