The Gabris-Chasey final vote count won't be decided until Friday, when the provisionals are decided upon. Polk is definitely in and Crowe is definitely out at this point. Let's all hope for Anthony, who worked hard during this election and who would be an asset to the community if he was elected to committee. It would also bring honest, open discussion to the meetings and put an end to hidden agendas.

Congratulations to the Mullica Residents, you finally have spoken.Larry would be so thrilled,to know that the residents have finally saw the light. We now have a committee(for the most part)who actually care for the people, and not their own personal gain.

The fact that so many Republicans voted for Polk and Gabris shows that many of them believed that Chasey was the problem on committee and not the Democrats. The message is clear - keep Mullica rural.

Hopefully we can now put the past behind us and work for the good of the community with Gabris and Polk in office.

Positive change!!! I agree with the last poster it is time to bury the past and move forward in a positive light. We cannot change the past but can change the future. I'm so proud of Mrs. Polk and Mr. Gabris and of course the Keep Mullica Green Committee. They worked their butts off! Way to go guys.

I share the hope and relief of a new day for Mullica. I hope too that the 10 provisional votes dont change Anthony's winning slot.
There will be a lot of pressure for the green team now to get some postitive accomplishments since there will be another election next year.I dont believe Cathy Chaseys remarks about moving on with life and not challenging this loss. Shes a politican enough to be remembered as a graceful loser(if the votes stay as they are) than a bitter/sore loser in case she wants to run again. She needa to keep her base votes.
Good luck to all

I hope everyone who voted for Chasey and Crowe will keep an open mind and give Sue and Anthony a chance to prove that the things written in Chasey and Crowe's mailers were not true and were meant to spread fear.

I am looking forward to an equal, honest, open government that works without intimidation and fear tactics.

It looks as though a number of Chasey voters may have voted for Polk too instead of Crowe by the vote count.

I don't like the feeling of being in limbo. I want to celebrate but I need the official count. I know that in Mullica you can't take anything for granted.
Congratulations to Susan Polk!

Anthony Gabris is a gentleman and such a hard worker. I know he will devote all his energy into making Mullica a better place to live. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and wishing him a great outcome.
