Harvest Fest Saturday

The Sweetwater Volunteer Fire Company on Pleasant Mills Road will host a harvest festival from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

Unlike last weekend's fundraiser at the Country Living Fair in Batsto, Saturday's event will go off rain or shine.

The event will include face painting, popcorn hands and a taffy pull. Its "famous" caramel apples, homemade baked goods and coffee will be for sale.
