The lopsided number of Republican voters versus the number of Democratic voters demonstrates that Mullica is a Republican town. If the two Democratic candidates win this November, it will be on the issues and personalities and not on party affiliation.

Looks like the Republican voters favored Crowe over Chasey and the Democrats Polk to Gabris, based on today's Press polling results. With Chasey being the incumbent, one would think that vote would have gone the other way.

Re 8:02am
You have to remember that the majority of Dems didn't vote in this primary because they knew Corzine was a sure bet to win. It was this way in almost every town around.
When the official count comes out,it's going to show that alot of the Repubs didn't even vote for Chasey and Crowe and that is very telling in itself.

I am a republican who refused to waste my time going to the polls as there was no choice. This will change in November when I will NOT vote for Chasey and Crowe, BUT WILL vote for Anthony & Sue. I vote for the people who will do the best job, not the party line.
