With real estate agent and landlord Janet Forman pushing to sell off as much Township land cheaply for more houses before she leaves office and moves away, supported by pro-housing Chasey and lackey Kennedy, expect Mullica's taxpayers to be faced with higher property taxes than otherwise would be the case. More houses equals higher taxes.

Time to scare the residents! What do you do, wake up every morning and think what you can write to upset everyone in the town? You are truly evil .

Please explain oh scarer of the people that this a private landowner doing a subdivision. Hows this Janets fault again? I thought you guys were REAL friendly now?

It is true. More homes mean more services and more costs to the taxpayers. We don't need the town accelerating development by selling off the town's property on the cheap for even more houses.

More houses---more services---more cost. You bring in tax $, Chasey and Forman will spend the new $ for the promises to their friends. More people? Oops, police chief needs more cops. Tells Bill "The Parrot" Kennedy. Kennedy tells committee, "the police need more cops---polly wants a cracker."

My apologies to all REAL parrots in the audience---I did not mean to insult your intelligence by comparing you to Bill Kennedy.

Re 9:02 am
So your idea of being truly evil is to post a planning board meeting agenda???
Posting information for the public to know what's going on in this town is a basic right of freedom of speech in this country.
It looks like you would like everybody in this town to be kept in the dark so you could just pass your agendas undistrubed.
What's truly evil is trying to hide things that will change peoples' lives in this town like the Garbage Rail Transfer Station and the rezoning of Elwood Village.
If this is a private citizen applying for a legal subdivision within the zoning laws, there is no problem here. Why should you think it's evil that we found out about it? That makes me think that something is wrong with this deal.

We're just so tired of the lies and deception in this town!! Anything that mentions more housing is automatically connected to the past betrayal of this town by Chasey and Forman. That's why their names seem to pop up. Everybody is on guard against the future sell off of our town by them.
