GRAEBENER, ST. AMOUR NEGOTIATION SAVES TAXPAYERS OVER $17,000 IN 2008
WOW!!! Despite Kathy Chasey pooh-poohing Mike St. Amour at both the November AND December meetings about the savings achieved with the hiring of Democrat Norman Zlotnick as Township Solicitor versus the prior year hiring of Republican Tim Maguire, looks like St. Amour was right on the money again. He has stated as far back as November that we would save as much as $17,000 and Kathy Chasey said, at a public meeting, there would likely BE NO SAVINGS AT ALL; AND THIS IS THE WOMAN IN CHARGE OF REVENUE AND FINANCE???? Well we know that saving the town money was not why Cody & Cody was hired as township solicitor this year. It was done as a favor to a friend. It's the textbook definition of cronyism.
Chasey speaks so knowingly, whether what she's saying is true or not. I guess that she has the experience from being in politics for so long.
To the 9:07 poster, the accurate wording would be "too long" instead of "so long". So let's say so long to her this November and VOTE HER OUT OF OFFICE.
What are they going to do now that their lies are being exposed almost every meeting?

Please!! We need some honest,trustworthy people to be on our committee. People that respect the citizens of this town.
Thank you for helping the taxpayers last year. It must be very difficult trying to reason with your co-committee people, when their concerns are not in sync with either you or the majority voters' wishes. The hope is that in the difficult economic times ahead, they get their heads on straight, and act responsibly. Your efforts are appreciated.
Kudos to St. Amour and Grabener for saving us taxpayers so much money!!!! Now that is what elected officials are suppose to do. Keep up the great job!!! Thanks!!!!
