Bill Kennedy said that this was his top piority for 2009. I quess he is planning fund raisers, coin drops, etc.. or he is "reserving" the money from someplace. I quess we will wait and see what he does.
I hope the monument doesn't decompose while we wait.
why don't they put the monument out at the ball park where more people can enjoy it.
The chief wants it outside his doorway.
