WHY IS BUSH NOT YET IN PRISON?
Can someone explain to me why Bush is not in prison for violating the Geneva Convention by authorizing the use of torture against enemy combatants? He should also take along Cheney and George Tenet. Memo's requested from the CIA of the White House condoning such measures was requested by Tenet so as to cover his ass for violating international law. I say take Tenet, Cheney and Bush and bring them all up on charges in the Hague for crimes against humanity. If Obama does this after being elected, he will not have to do anything else during his presidency. It would represent a quantum leap over the past 8 years of one debacle after another.

I'm totally with you. But it still bothers me that Nancy Pelosi
said impeachment was "off the table". I had such high hopes with the new congress but they vanished quickly.
I am not happy with Nancy Pelosi either. However, Dennis Kucinich is one of my personal heroes for entering articles of impeachment against Cheney on the Senate floor. One has to wonder what the Republicans have on Pelosi and other Democrats as to not move forward with charges.
I watched Kucinich the day he did that. I loved it. If more of our senate and congress had his guts, this country would not be falling apart and the Constitution would not have been ripped to pieces.
There were a few good senators on C-span during the bail out talks,too. I read that Bush has 120,000 arces in South America. I quess that's where he'll be hidding.
