RESPONSE: Indeed, no one is suggesting that THE FRAUD COUPLE aka THE FORMANS get the death-penalty or a long term prison sentence...maybe waterboarding would be fine! Were the 'fine to fit the crime' ... given the long term contempt by THE FRAUD COUPLE for the LAW ... there would be a large punitive damage assessment ... the reality is more likely to be a large legal bill and a minimal fine for THE FRAUD COUPLE...and hopefully, the removal of the illegal monstrosity and the restoration of the fresh water wetlands. Most of us would be happy with that. No one expects any kind of lesson to be learned here...sort of like most business Republican crooks who profit from their ability to play the system ... and when and if they get caught ... the fine is minimal in terms of what over time they have gotten away with. For most of us; RESTORATION IS CONSOLATION!
