Okay, and you thought Republicans were the only ones who embraced personal greed at the expense of their neighbors. Think again...we have the Mullica Democrat prosecutor jeff THE PORCINE waldman who insisted after being hired at the beginning of this year that he was entitled to slop at the State Pension fund even though the new Pension Law made it totally clear that as a private contractor he was not an employees of the Town but a private contractor and thus not eligible to dip into the pension fund.
The latest revelation of another Democratic lawyer who at the April School Board Meeting revealed that he too felt as a part-time private contractor that the citizens of Mullica should pay for him to pig-out at the State Pension Fund...this the Board solicitor, bill THE PORKER cappuccio. HUH?
THE PORKER cuppucio had been asked at the beginning of the year by larry THE PEDANTIC MISANTHROPIC S.O.B. angel if he would be drawing on the pension fund, or would be honoring the new Law that stated so clearly that lawyers who worked for governing bodies as part time hires were private contractors and could not slop at the State pension fund by claiming they were employees and not private contractors. At this time THE PORKER cappuccio stated that the Law allowed him to continue have the taxpayers of Mullica pay into the Pension Fund for him until his contract expired which would not occur until after the re-organization of the School Board in April.
So it was at the April 21st Mullica School Board Meeting after re-organization that THE S.O.B. angel again asked and THE PORKER cauppuccio and he strangely equivocated...indicating that there were Court challenges from Cape May and thus he might still consider sticking Mullica taxpayers with paying into the State Pension Fund for him. HUH? Just another scum-bag attorney...yes, surprise -- a Democrat.
This guy had hoped to be appointed to the position of Mullica Municipal Judge next year with the contract of the present Judge Broome expiring...should the Democrats maintain control. While Broome hopefully would be sent packing as a censured jurist in the recent past...one would hope that should Democrats win in Mullica in November and keep control in 2009...the pig cappuccio would not merit consideration along with THE PORCINE waldman for any kind of government position in Mullica.
Again, GadFly quotes from State explanation to local governing bodies regarding the distinction intended in the new Pension Law to exclude lawyers who are private, part time contractors for governing bodies and NOT employees. "Since the law was enacted it has become clear to Pensions and the Division that some employees or contractors may seek to find ways to continue to provide services as contractor and remain as a member of a pension system. It should be clear that the legislative history and intent of Chapter 92 is to eliminate that possibility, especially when coupled with heightened attention to the effect of local ethics laws and potential IRS scrutiny. This should be considered when local units make decisions on hiring and contracting."
Clearly, the Democrats in the person of THE PORCINE waldman and THE PORKER cuppucio have defined themselves as two who lack any kind of ethics or integrity and seem intent on viewing public service as an opportunity to steal from the taxpayers ... in this case by attempting illegally to slop at the State Pension Fund trough.
Another Democrat who seems to relish at every opportunity a free meal is the Democrat Mullica Mayor, bill THE INVERTEBRATE TOADY kennedy who has been spotted jocking and joking with the former ever hungry Mullica ex-Mayor cathy THE BAG LADY chasey at the buffet. They do share more than the apparent broken calorie counter as THE TOADY kennedy at Town Meetings seems always to be turning to THE BAG LADY chasey to offer his support. But this may go back to their rumored history on the high school cheer leading team.
