MULLICA COP TICKET PERFORMANCE -- MARCH

Once again GadFly starts each Mullica Police Officer at the same fresh starting line for the calendar year of 2008 and each month will compile a running tally of tickets written for each individual officer. Here are the March ticket writing numbers with hours worked. In this manner the public can judge the individual performance of each officer by comparing hours worked with the number of tickets written...to follow will be a posting of the three months for 2008 combined... which will high-light the non performing Mullica cops.. It is important to keep in mind that some officers have other duties besides patrol...but those who are patrol officers for the most part should be focused on patrol and writing tickets. . This screams; bad leadership!! TICKETS ARE ONLY ONE ASPECT OF COP PERFORMANCE AND ALL TICKETS THAT WERE WRITTEN IN MARCH MAY NOT HAVE BEEN PROCESSED IN THIS POSTING AND THUS WILL BE COUNTED IN THE APRIL POSTING. (Note the last column shows the number of tickets written for March in 2007 and in parenthesis is the number of hours worked that month.) One can note a noticeable improvement by most of the Mullica Police Department over a year ago...but what happened to Ptl. Serzan, and Ptl. Creamer ... were they on some kind of lazy non-performance strike?
