WASZEN DOCKETED FOR COURT TOMMOROW

With a $10,000 payment that had been due on December 15th not made...again, steve THE SCOFFLAW waszen is on the docket to be in Mullica Municipal Court tomorrow. With a new prosecutor who did not take money from THE SCOFFLAW waszen...will anything be different? Unlikely, unless someone takes the time to background the new prosecutor on the ongoing contempt for Court Orders that have become the norm with this case that reflect so poorly on Judge Broome. If the payment is made the matter will be removed from the docket.

The fact that repeatedly, only the SCOFFLAW'S lawyer has shown up when the case is on the docket is something that one hopes will no longer be tolerated. In addition, there are the two Land Use summons signed in 2005 that were dismissed in November 2007 with the collusion, or incompetence of jim THE ETHICALLY CHALLENGED curcio & tom THE LACKEY sandman. The notion that a re-forestry plan has been filed with The Pinelands and the matter is not before the Court given the reality that The Pinelands has no enforcement ability is once again indicative of gross incompetence...and why the Township has no copy of that Plan makes its reality subject to questions...given the record of sell-out by the previous Republican administration in Mullica.
