Subject: Re: WOW: I also want to comment on WOW/ apontee posting. I didn't hear Foreman critisize Apontee 's job. I think she said , and only after HE said Chasey and Foreman had committed some illegality " You got your job" . I think Mr. Aponte as an officer of the court has some proof of illegalities he should press charges. Quit crying and put up or shut up.Slamming down paperwork, using profanities and acting like an idiot in a public meeting does not look good for an officer of atlantic county court systems.. Again, I didnt hear anyone say anything about his performance as a public defender. Whether Foreman and Chaseys relationship with the two new guys is genuine, we will see, but, I think this guy Apontee should not be adding fuel to the fire....he always makes it all about him anyway, not the town. He whines about the small amount of money he is getting to be the public defender, then why did he apply for it? I forgot, he is a great humanitarian, why don't we give him an award for all his PAST accomplishments. As Always, Joe

Subject: wow: TO WOW MY UNDERSTANDING WAS THAT YOU WERE A BIGGER MAN NOT TO STOOP TO HER LEVEL. I THINK THAT COULD HAVE BEEN BEHIND CLOSE DOORS WE DON'T ALL NEED TO SEE WHO'S THE BIGGER BULLY. I NEVER SAID YOU SUCK AT WHAT YOU DO OR HOW LOW YOU BID. JUST RELAX I'M A BIG FAN EVEN IF YOU DON'T THINK SO. SIGNED THE STIMULATING SUPERHERO

Subject: Mr. Aponte: Larry, Mullicaman likes Mr. Aponte and has a lot of respect for his passion for our community. More residents should be so involved. If Mullicaman was a betting superhero, which he is not, because it would be a bad example for all of the children that look up to Mullicaman (only because he is much taller than them), my money would be on Mr. Aponte. However, SL continues to misinform the masses when he states that "When you accept a job, you do not relinquish your free speech rights." Actually, SL(Sorry Loser), you do lose your free speech rights to a large extent. Depending on what exactly you say and who you work for, you could find yourself out of a job very quickly. True, you may not be prosecuted by the law, again based on what you say, but you could find yourself quickly unemployed. I do not know the working relationship between Mr. Aponte and Ms. Forman or for that matter other members of council and Mr. Aponte, bu t I would not be surprised if someone did take some course of very minor disciplinary action against Mr. Aponte. Mullicaman would presume that someone spoke to Mr. Aponte about this and that is all that probably needs to be done. But as some council members have proven themselves to be bitter and vindicative people, I also wouldn't be surprised if these same council members would not try everything within their power to maximize the punishment of Mr. Aponte. Hopefully, council will use some common sense and not over step their bounds. The last thing we need is another lawsuit against our town because of a continued lack of leadership. Signed, Mullicaman has Mr. Aponte's back!!!!!!!!!!

Subject: ENOUGH IS ENOUGH: Enough is enough. Obviously, since the meeting was again not televised, we won't get to see what happened, but will it show both people at the same time? No. I feel Mr. Aponte has the right, as a resident and taxpayer of Mullica Township to question how things are being run in the township, regardless if he is an employee, private contractor for the township, taxpayer or citizen. Ms. Forman's disrespect, dislike and disdain for Mr. Aponte showed long before the last meeting, just go through the archives and you will see postings posted anonymously and signed by Ms. Forman herself. Both her and Ms. Chasey voted "no" on his appointment as public defender. Okay, we get it Ms. Forman, you don't like Mr. Aponte, move on. There are issues the Township is facing far more important then your dislike for Mr. Aponte. You may not like him, but he deserves to be heard out and answered with respect, like anyone else asking questions at a meeting. Apparently, Mr. Aponte reacted from his heart at being treated disrespectfully by Ms. Forman, perhaps he is a bit emotional, but it is who he is inside and maybe others, when treated with disdain and disrespect should call the person out on it. I think the record will show, from previous televised meetings that several members of the committee, who are Republicans have shown disdain for anyone who questions anything and anyone who isn't a Republican. It was quite obvious on the December 11, 2007 meeting where the constituents stood. Mr. Kerhli blew up at someone asking a question, Ms. Chasey sat there all red cheeked and smiling and ignored anyone who questioned her and Ms. Forman was sure to get in her belligerent remarks made to Mary Hunt at the end of the meeting-all televised for everyone to see. The eye rolling, grinning, laughing, hand wringing and the above things were all shown on the camera for all to see. What the committee may not realize, or maybe they did and just didn't care, is that the camera pans in and out and the mikes are on all the time and maybe they should realize that, but then again, maybe they didn't give a crap and would do it again. It's time to start acting like grown ups and treat people respectfully, whether Republican or Democrat. Stop the eye rolling, laughing, snickering, you really don't realize how bad it looks until you see the meetings played back. Perhaps Ms. Chasey and Ms. Forman should watch a few of the past committee meetings and see how bad and silly they looked up there. Mutual respect is something everyone should have learned in kindergarten. Treat others as you would want to be treated yourself. If you treat someone like shit, don't expect them to sit there and smile and accept it. Expect to get a reaction back. Grow the hell up and put the past behind you and move on. The township has far more important business to deal with, so get on with business and deal with it in a professional manner. It's my hope that Mr. Kennedy, Mr. Graebener and Mr. St. Amour show more respect for the constituents, regardless of whether they are Republican or Democrats. It's time to put the past behind you and work together as a team for the good of the township.
