GADFLY ENDORSEMENTS FOR TUESDAY'S ELECTION: MCCAIN and OBAMA

New Jersey resident will finally have a chance to have some say in terms of who the two Party nominations are to be for the presidency. It is so very important to VOTE tomorrow. John McCain seems by far the best candidate on the Republican side. He is a true fiscal conservative who voted against the wasteful Bush tax cuts for the super rich...and in case you don't remember...the agenda here was to cut government funding for education, health care and senior programs that at first took the Republican shape of a tax cut because there was a Democratic surplus and when that was spent and a deficit emerged the irresponsible Republican strategy became to stimulate the economy ... and never before at a time of War has our great country asked no sacrifice from the rich while our brave soldiers were in harm's way.

McCain has repeatedly shown an independence streak, both in terms of his ability to work with Democrats as shown by the McCain/Feingold and McCain/Kennedy bills that demonstrate a willingness to work with the other side and cobble together something that works as opposed to the present Republican leadership who have refused to work with the Democrats and worked so hard to divide us one against another. Even though the McCain policy on the war in Iraq is one I don't agree with...he clearly sees 'Torture' as un-American and many of the other Bush War usurpations of our Democracy as wrong-headed. Let's work to bring Democracy to the Middle East as we destroy its foundation here in our homeland...no wonder they hate us in the rest of the world with that kind of hypocrisy.

If one is a member of the Christian Taliban who wants the Laws of the Bible to be the Laws of America…just as the Islamist want the laws of the Koran to be the Laws of their country…than your candidate is HUCKELBERRY.

On the other side is Obama who inspires with his words great 'Hope' in America. A look at his record in Illinois shows also a willingness to work with the other side politically and get things done. Most encouraging is the energizing of young people to reclaim the America that Republicans have so sullied over the past seven years. This is a man of the future ... not the past ... and indeed, it is a time for 'change' ... which makes Obama the better choice to reestablish the principles of our Founding Fathers that have been betrayed by the present Republican administration. YOUR VOTE MATTERS -- VOTE TOMORROW -- TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 5TH.
