Subject: Wow! It seems the writer of the e-mail has been drinking too much of the local water or has been sniffing glue! Ms. Chasey and Ms. Forman have been the epitimy of nasty politics and low ball tactics. I simply stated that the emperor had no clothing as was appropriate due to the small actions of these two individuals. Ms. Forman was rude and confrontational and I called her bluff. While I live and breathe in freedom NO MAN OR WOMAN will take away my right to speak freely in an open govenment forum. I was respectful until the point that I was forced to assert myself with Mrs. Forman for her mocking me. If the writer of the e-mail thinks that is out of line he can suck an egg. I am the public defender, I have done the math and it pays somewhere around $73.00 per session. If they can find someone cheaper hire them! Lastly while serving as public defender I have requested and received discovery on at least 15 cases and have mailed copies of the discovery to all the litigants. I treat these cases just as I would those that pay me private attorney fees. With regard to my back ground I again invite the writer to suck an egg. They make remarks in annonimity and don't have the back bone to post their name of back up thier allegations with fact. Best, Ernest A. Aponte
