Subject: township meeting: Got a question for you. I believe that "fat ass" Aponte was out of order at the meeting. The election is over with and it seems to me all he does is badger the previous administration. Enough is a enough. Do you know if before he was made Public Defender was a back round check done on him? I hear is is sweet. In my opinion this man is a discrace.

RESPONSE: Respectfully, the man is certified in the State of New Jersey to practice law...he is a lawyer. Like you, I have some knowledge of the man's history when he was much younger...sort of like our President...when he was young and foolish, he was young and foolish. Bush grew up to become a Fascist liar and Mr. Aponte grew up to become a lawyer who as I understand it works with the needy and poor.

As someone who was at the meeting in question...it seemed to me that the people who were not willing to move on and work together as the election is over...were cathy THE BAG LADY chasey & janet THE AUTO INSURANCE FRAUD QUEEN OF ATLANTIC COUNTY forman. Their Party lost the election and as lame ducks they attempted illegally to stack the new Land Use Board with pro-development loyalists.

When that illegality was overturned at the meeting in question -- there was no admission of over-reaching by the two arrogant and petty woman...instead, they voted 'NO' on the properly formulated new Planning Board even though it had 90% of its members having been appointed by THE BAG LADY chasey. One suspects it ain't often that these two would be referred to as 'small.' The fact that someone (Mr. Aponte) stood up and pointed out the hypocrisy and hollowness of the words when compared with the post election actions of these two harridans seemed overdue and totally appropriate.
