ELMER FUDD BUGS MULLICA'S WALLETS

The Notice of Tort Claim filed last year in Mullica by jimbo ELMER FUDD wild alleging a hostile work environment is going to be costly for Mullica taxpayer. GadFly has learned that the issues have several different aspects and each will be costly to Mullica residents.

The Tort Claim issue has gone to the Township insurer as is the norm in these kinds of controversial allegations ... Mullica has a $10,000 deductible. It seems certain that this aspect will cost Mullica taxpayers at least ten thousand. Also filed was a union grievance and a workman's comp claim involving 'stress' related to the alleged hostile work environment. These aspects have already generated legal expenses that Mullica taxpayers will pay.

As to what the hostile work environment is, or how it is allegedly manifesting itself...that is not clear at this time. Often these types of claims of a hostile work environment involve sexual harassment. One might wonder whether while watching porn -- one of the other Mullica boy's in blue did not make a pass at ELMER FUDD wild? What does seem clear, is that having been pissed-off about not getting the promotion to Lieutenant, ELMER FUDD wild made little effort to hide his anger over this perceived injustice.

It is important to keep in mind that in no way is it clear as to how true the allegations are. What does seem clear is that in Mullica's police department promotions are more a part of whose ass you are kissing than how good an officer of the Law one is...nothing demonstrates that more than the elevations of the present Chief, joe THE LANDLORD barbera ... and the community is poorly served by that reality.
