RESPONSE: The Juciciary, (Courts) have often been the bulwark in upholding the Constitution as Republicans have repeadedly tried to dismantle its protections...this in the repeated over turning of the BUSH THE LESSER'S holding of prisoners without any kind of hearing, aspects of the illegal Patriot Act and various environmental regulations....talk about the arrogance of "big government!"
