HE OWNS IT NOW AND OUR TAX MONEY SHOULD NOT GO TO HELP HIM TURN CLEAN IT UP FROM TIRES SO THERE WILL BE MORE ROOM FOR ALL THE GARBAGE HE WANTS TO STORE THERE WHILE HE SETS UP A RAIL OPERTAION TO SEND IT OUT OF STATE. RESPONSE: The $300,000 to clean up what was represented as over 100,000 tires is for the Perona property on Colombia Rd. To give you some perspective the site we all know on the Pike is less than 20 acres. The site on Colombia Rd is 99 acres and in much worse condition.

But who are we cleaning it up for was a question raised at the last Township meeting? We cleaned up the Perona property on the Pike and than steve THE SCOFFLAW waszen came in and paid the deliquent taxes and bought the property for a dollar. The lien on the property for the clean up still stands just as there will be a lien for the clean up on the Colombia Rd property for that proposed tire clean up.

The reason however that we are threatend with a massive rail garbage transfer station on the Pike is that THE CORRUPT MULLICA 5 AKA IDIOTS R US failed to forclose for delinquent taxes on the property...this despite repeatedly being asked to do so. Is there the whiff a garbage in the air or is that the whiff of a Mullica Republican sell out of the Community to County Republican interests to move casino garbage out of Atlantic City via a Mullica rail transfer station? More than likely THE IDIOTS R US crew are just "idiots" who were sucessfully played by their unethical and County connected Repbulican solicitor tim $$$$ THE SHYSTER $$$$ maguire.
