RESPONSE: Thanks, but it really reflects how they had no case at all, rather than that I’m any kind of a lawyer. The Judge in her decision notes how the Complaint takes out of context my statements that cathy THE BAG LADY chasey & bob THE MULLAH hagaman are having an affair. The Judge states:

“Plaintiffs allege that some of the statements accuse Ms. Casey of engaging in an extramarital affair with Mr. Hagaman. Some of the statements refer to Ms. Casey as “the Bag Lady.” These statements are nothing but insults. They are rude and offensive, but they are not defamation and are not actionable. The statements regarding an alleged affair have been quoted out of context by plaintiffs. The portions of the statements that were omitted from the complaint by plaintiffs show that defendant in fact stated that Ms. Casey and Mr. Hagaman were not having an affair.”

This is revelatory of the malicious nature of the filing and demonstrates that its nature was to “silence” the defendant rather than address any real defamation.

Further, with the latest dismissal of the Hagaman allegations we have two phone tapes from his attorney, paul THE CASTRATI damato acknowledging that he has no case and how he expects the Judge to throw the Complaint out. When oral arguments as a result were canceled and I had asked the Court, why if he knows this is going no-where, damato doesn’t just withdraw the claim against me, it was inferred that this was tactical and he would just allow the Judge to dismiss what the law shows is a claim that should have never been filed. But it was filed, as a blatant attempt to silence criticism of his corrupt Republican clients. An obvious and blatant malicious abuse of the Judicial system. A SLAPP (Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation) lawsuit and thus now actionable by me in the Courts with a lawsuit.


Yes, it is my intention to sue all five for abuse of the Court system. A jury can decide, I suppose, that paul THE CASTRATI damato is just an incompetent lawyer who when reading a paragraph that denies there is an affair and describes that rumor as a “scurrilous lie,” he stupidly and incompetently misunderstands it so badly that he, like his clients were merely stupid and incompetent rather than malicious and abusive of the Courts. Their filings of 33 separate allegations of defamation...none of which the Judge opined needed to go before a jury because they were so without merit. It seems more likely, that this Republican (as you note “premiere”) lawyer was acting in collusion with his clients to “silence” the GadFly site which was critical of his fellow Republican cronies.

And then we have the Hagaman aspect, where THE CASTRATI damato acknowledges in phone messages that his position in the law has no merit and he fully expects the Judge to throw it out...which she subsequently did.

My lawsuit against these corrupt Mullica officials should be just another “slam dunk!” Note, I have felt that I have had actionable claims against Mullica officials on numerous occasions. But the law suit would have been against the Township of Mullica...and not against the individuals who abused their positions of public trust. We have bob THE MULLAH hagaman at a televised Township meeting urging his supporters to “silence” me by physical means and run me out of the Township. The lawsuit that was dismissed was just another attempt to silence this open forum and the public exposure of wrong doing.

The difference now is they have acted as individuals in their recently thrown out malicious abuse of the Court system (SLAPP action) and thus will have to foot the lawyer bills and damage awards themselves....which I expect to be quite hefty.
