Jeffrey Epstein Controversy - Dead or Alive ?

While the rich and famous breathed a sigh of relief at the news of Epstein's death thinking there would be no trial, they were better off if Epstein was alive. His lawyers filed mountains of appeals to block evidence and search warrants on all his properties. Now his lawyers have hired lawyers. It could have taken years to work through all the evidence.  Now, with Epstein declared dead, all appeals are dropped and all the discs, thumb drives, pictures, videos, flight log books, black book records, voice recordings, phone records and customer preferences are free for the Government to use.  NYPD  and FBI were flown down to search the island and surrounding waters today.

Now, the big question is why did the Southern District of NY NOT charge Epstein under the Mann Act 5 weeks ago when he was arrested at the airport.  There was absolute proof Epstein was jetting mostly 7th & 8th grade girls all over the country, Europe and the Caribbean.  The authorities could have raided all of Epstein's properties 5 week ago instead of allowing Epstein's clean-up crews to remove evidence.
How strange is it that disgraced, fired FBI Director James Comey's daughter is Epstein,s lead defense lawyer.

What is the Mann Act: Charges and Penalties Today

To be charged with a federal offense under the Mann Act, you must have been involved in the transportation of an individual for the purposes of prostitution or any sexual activity that may be charged as a crime (which would include kidnapping, coercion, child pornography, child prostitution, or the transportation of a minor). Additionally, using the mail or telephone (or electronic communications) to facilitate such an act could be charged as a Mann Act violation as well.

Depending on the severity of the case, the criminal record of the defendant, and other factors, offenders may be sentenced to a fine and/or up to 10 years in prison. Other charges (such as kidnapping, solicitation, etc.) also could apply to the act giving rise to a Mann Act charge.

Other federal statutes may be invoked for the types of offenses addressed by the Mann Act, including the following:

• Trafficking Victims Protection Act;
• Sexual Exploitation and Other Abuse of Children;
• Peonage, Slavery, and Trafficking in Persons; and
• Racketeering/RICO.

Epstein had his jet full of cameras going at all times and every inch of the island had cameras including the underground tunnel rooms and even the bathrooms were filmed.  Hollywood stars, high political figures, billionaires and elites of the world are all captured having sex with kids and involved other atrocities.  These people have no legal standing in the case and cannot try to block evidence against them.

AG Barr stated that the case will go on and the victims will be given justice.  Thousands of names could be released in the documents.

Liberal ShareBlue has released talking points telling followers to keep talking up Trump"s relationship with Epstein and post old pictures of them at parties.
Of course, all the rich and famous were at parties in the 1990's & early 2000's.  Court documents of the victims state that Epstein's underage girls saw Trump at the parties but he had no relationship with them and he did not even flirt with them.  When Trump found out that Epstein assaulted an employee"s young daughter, he filed police reports and banned Epstein from all his properties.

Trump got a lift to Newark from Florida 1 time in 1997 and there were no underage children on board.

Trump and Epstein were neighbors and friends in Palm Beach in the 1990s, though they eventually had a falling out.
