Mullica Housing Rehabilitation Funds Available

The Township has housing rehabilitation funds for Mullica residents.  Funds can be used for emergency repairs, safety or code violation remediation (roof replacement, wells, septic, water heaters etc.).  Income requirements apply and the funds disbursed become a lien on the property, payable upon sale or transfer.  This program is administered by the Atlantic County Improvement
