A teenager is in custody in a shooting that seriously injured a 16-year-old in Atlantic City last week.
A 15-year-old has been charged in the shooting, police confirmed. His name is not being released due to his age.
He is being held in the Harborfields Juvenile Detention Facility.
The unnamed victim was shot in the area of Arctic Avenue between Virginia and Pennsylvania avenues around midnight Saturday.

ATLANTIC CITY — A 15-year-old was arrested and charged with attempted murder Wednesday night after allegedly shooting a teenager over the weekend.
 The teen, who is also charged with unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, turned himself in Wednesday at the Public Safety Building, police said. He was remanded to the Harborfields Juvenile Detention Center in Egg Harbor City.
