MEMORIAL DAY IN MULLICA TOWNSHIP

We begin the day honoring our servicemen and servicewomen at the Batsto Pleasant Mills Cemetery. The Mullica Township V.F.W. Post 5043 Memorial Day Program begins at 9:30 am. Rain or shine. The Mullica in the Pines Historical Society will host a social under the trees, at the Hilda Frame School, Nesco Road, Nesco after the ceremony. The entire Community is invited. Our Guest Speaker for Memorial Day will be, Suzanne Phillis Blanchet Hirst, niece of William Kay Phillis POW/MIA/KIA Serviceman. Stop by and check out our Patriotic Display,. Everyone is invited to send in articles of interest, announcements, letters of your concerns or opinions and even tips about what's going on in your neighborhood that needs investigation.
